Solution Business Architect Jobs

Describe the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions.

Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.

Relevant work experience as a Business Architect

Experience using formalized business architecture frameworks such as The Business Architecture Guild and/or the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)

Experience engaging Technology and Business Executives on the topic of Business Strategy & Architecture.

Develop business architecture strategies based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.

Own communication and maintain cross-functional relationships (with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal etc) in order to bridge any process and system gaps.

1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment; experience in digital advertising is a plus but not a must.

Ability to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives and apply critical thinking skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and a "can do" attitude.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively.

Support North America business through efficient & future-proof operations by translating business priorities into operational levers.

- Excellent communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills

- Project Management certification or Management degree

- Knowledge and experience in implementing customer support, self-service and experience programs

- Exposure to agile and scrum work management techniques

- Proven track record of project and time management

- Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements

Defines and analyzes business and user testing requirements for integrations.

Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate testing documentation throughout the program Lifecycle.

Works with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.

Assists Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by clients' Applications Studio leadership.

Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.

Will engage and collaborate with the application teams on End to End and Cutover activities.

Develop and execute project / deployment plans that meet scope, time, cost and quality requirements

Mentor and build the technical skills of others, and foster a strong and collaborative team environment

Bachelor's degree or related work experience

15+ years of Technology and Financial Services experience.

5+ years of experience as an Architect

Quickly assess, mitigate risk, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using industry standard tools to include packet analyzers

Management Operations experience within the Food and Beverage, Hospitality, and/or customer service field

The Field Examiner must interact with restaurant/location management to review assessment data and recommend strategies and suggestions for improvement.

Restaurant/Grocery food safety knowledge and experience

Ability to recite by memory client specific processes, requirements, and product verbiage while in a busy kitchen or grocery environment.

Taste various menu items throughout the day per the program requirements including meats, dairy, produce, gluten-based products, nuts, tree nuts, etc.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients' business models and need

Evaluate new opportunities in the pipeline and work with Solution Management to align them to the Solution roadmap

Assist and support the Solution Manager on the definition and refinement details of solutions and capabilities

Supporting the Solution Managers and IT Solution Architects, as they build out a healthy backlog

Constantly reinforcing the customer experience and business value over just “getting it out”

Focus on the highest priority items first, including clear benefit hypothesis throughout

Gather and document the details of presented ideas/epics, distilling them down into meaningful and useful solutions and capabilities
