Assist with the cleaning of heavy equipment and other Solid Waste Management vehicles such as trucks, cars, and pickups.

Assist with various components of Solid Waste Management's Recycling and Hazardous Waste programs and facility operations

Manages Conflict: handles conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.

Manage the lifecycle of a Fine Tune client, to include data gathering, implementation, and ongoing client interaction.

Assist in client renewals and client expansions into other service offerings.

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record

5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project manage all phases of a client engagement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of the safe operating limits of such equipment and trucks, and of appropriate traffic regulations.

Ability to operate a trash truck with a manual transmission and clutch is essential.

Must follow State of Maryland and federal vehicle/equipment rules and regulations.

Ability to use discretionary judgment throughout work shift by making independent decisions regarding material loads and haul destinations.
