Software Investment Analyst Jobs

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

1-2 years of software asset management experience specifically with SaaS applications.

Perform a variety of tasks in support of the overall team and especially in relation to asset management.

Excels at documenting and communicating updates to management, team, and end users.

Has strong Excel skills; ability to create vLookups and Pivot tables(BI tool knowledge preferred).

Notate any product-related issues and concerns from stakeholders so Contract Managers can provide feedback to Vendors to improve issues.

Work with Customer Success Manager to define a scope and deliverables for a successful implementation

Maintain a competitive market knowledge

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Help customers design, architect, and implement PlanStreet

Configure reports in Power BI and setup workflows in Power Automate

Works with colleagues to improve the adoption and user experience of data management tools.

Core business competencies such as finance, management, accounting, operations, and marketing.

Collaborates with portfolio management teams to develop and support investment models and tools

Displays solid understanding of mission-critical production environments, including the requirement for high availability and team-oriented 24x7 support capabilities.

Communicate in a timely manner and through proper channels to keep customer and upper management informed of the status of items.

Either meet all deadlines created by management or clearly communicate to management the reasons the deadlines may need to be modified.

Engage with clients and present the platform

Collect information and follow up with prospects

Instruct prospects on how to subscribe to the company's services

Be familiar with online payment processing systems
