Four-year degree in related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.

Experience with Commercial Lines Property/Casualty insurance products

Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab

Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment

Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills

Ability to effectively interface with management, employees, regulators and external auditors

Create solutions to UX requirements via activity diagrams

Experience with full stack web development projects

Knowledge of using git version control, merge conflicts are how to avoid them

2+ years of sales experience in digital retail or similar field
