Overview A Social Listening Associate is a professional who is responsible for monitoring and analyzing conversations on social media platforms. They use a variety of tools to track and analyze conversations, trends, and sentiment in order to provide insights and recommendations to their clients. Detailed Job Description The Social Listening Associate is responsible for monitoring and analyzing conversations on social media platforms. This includes tracking conversations, trends, and sentiment in order to provide insights and recommendations to their clients. They will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations to share their findings with clients. The Social Listening Associate will also be responsible for staying up to date on the latest trends in social media and providing feedback on how to best utilize these trends for their clients.
