2-3 years of Human Resources, DEIB, Corporative Giving, Social Impact, Philanthropic, Communications or Administrative experience preferred.

Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within teams with all levels of management and staff.

Create and/or update and maintain PowerPoint presentation decks for periodic meetings of various committees and senior management groups.

The salary for this role is $80,000 to $85,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.

Perform business analysis to create report requirements.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or data science field and/or 3+ years of analytical work experience.

Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.

A minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably including food supply chain and nonprofit program management

Relevant experience working to solve food insecurity in underserved communities; experience working for a food bank organization is preferred

Expert PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills required

Experience with Canva software is a plus!

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in impact investing, venture capital, private equity, or related fields

Excellent financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring skills

A strong network of contacts and relationships in the social enterprise and financial inclusion sectors

You have several years of experience building and operating programs, products, or business verticals.

You are confident working autonomously, but experienced at leading group projects.

Analytics/SQL skills are a strong plus.

Cultivate partnerships with community partners to strengthen our efforts

Determine success, track it, and share it, enabling colleagues across the company to use your great work to create additional value

Operationalize your vision, from creating tools and datasets, to drafting copy, to corresponding directly with Dashers and other stakeholders

Lead the project management workflow for assigned projects

Program and Event Management & Execution

Manage logistics and operations for events and community programs

Manage the department’s interns each semester

BA/BS required with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience within the non-profit and philanthropic sector

Spanish speaking skills highly desirable
