Soccer Referee Jobs in New Jersey

At least one year of related work experience preferred.

Possess full knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.

Have an eye for detail and possess strong verbal communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Follow all departmental rules and regulations.

Officiate games to maintain standards of play and to ensure that game rules are observed.

Inspect sporting equipment and/or examine participants in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience

A team-based atmosphere with a focus on Fun!

Be a role model for athletes

Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players
