1+ years of manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

Experience working as part of an assembly line with a takt time

At least three years’working experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT), possessing strong knowledge SMT related components, boardsand assembly.

Manage manufacturing assembly lines which include product build, functional testing, and all final inspections.

Manage quality inspection processes for PCBs and functional testing.

Experience with creating and running individual DFM Reviews with peers to resolve all technical issues.

Must have experience with AOI, ICT, FCT, soldering processes/methods (e.g. wave soldering, reflow, …), burn-in testing.

Program SMT equipment, including solder paste screen printersand inspect using SPI, AOI, and x-ray equipment.
