Manage instructor schedules in a manner that optimizes business and staff levels

Be present on-hill to ensure lesson quality and offer assistance as needed

Encourage and support Instructors to pursue continuous education and professional development

Experience in ski instructing for at least 2 seasons

Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with students, supervisors and co-workers

Must have a genuine desire to pass on knowledge of the sport and inspire others to enjoy it
