Address inquiries from vendors, investors, Portfolio Managers, etc. professionally and in a timely fashion.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, co-workers, etc.

Professional communication skills – written & verbal

Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficient spelling, punctuation and grammar skills.

One year-of experience in a healthcare or insurance environment

Research and process claims according to business regulation, internal standards and processing guidelines

Verifies the coding of procedure and diagnosis codes

Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.

Stay abreast of industry trends; serve as a knowledge source for clients and realtors regarding available loan programs and guidelines.

Current or previous loan officer experience.

Product knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage industry and business.

Proven recent history of meeting loan production requirements.

    Promote Keller Home Loans competitive mortgage products, services, and programs.

Well-rounded knowledge of Mortgage and Consumer finance a plus

Superior Customer Service and verbal/phone communication skills is a must

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and MS Access needed

Must possess a short learning curve related to assimilation of new skills and tasks

Follow up skills and a strong sense of accountability are a must

Make outbound calls to consumers when a resolution is reached, to discuss the resolution and confirm satisfaction with the consumer.
