Signage Project Coordinator Jobs

Experience working for a signage, installation, maintenance, commercial remodel/construction, or other property management related organization

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

Manage national accounts for Fortune 500 companies

Communication skills (we can’t stress it enough!)

Experience handling multiple projects (40+) simultaneously with life spans of 2-6 months each

Experienced project management to successfully manage multiple priorities and execute with ambiguity.

Identify and manage key agency and consultant partners for both design and technical specification for kit-of-parts.

Well-honed communication skills, enabling the partnership with others to effectively inform and influence while building trust.

Experienced in anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in managing agencies and consultants.

Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.

Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.

Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.

Prepare project reports and presentations for project managers and stakeholders.

Manage project documentation and ensure that project records are up-to-date and accurate.

Monitor project progress and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Track project budgets and expenses and ensure that project costs are within the approved budget.
