Sign Production Specialist Jobs

Work with Production Manager to coordinate with Design and Sales for proper completion of projects.

Manage installation equipment, tools and supplies to ensure availability of supplies whenever needed.

Strong knowledge in handling self-adhesive vinyl and application on a variety of surfaces.

Accurately install signage and graphics following approved customer design and project scope.

Pick and pack all orders

Fully utilize our systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential

Assist other departments as needed

Responsible for working with vendors to manage quarterly Bounce Back Sign Program

Familiarity with regulated marketing, such as maintaining various mandatory state signage inventory, mail to stores per legal and manage reprints.

Acts as day-to-day project coordinator with our clients marketing team, vendors and must be able to establish outstanding working relationships.

Reviews inventory levels of signage to ensure efficient levels are maintained. Quote and assist in production of inventory replenishment when needed.

Produce bi-weekly reports for signage to be sent to numerous retail locations.

Works on e-store, including updating products on site and fulfilling orders

Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management

High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred

New hire must reach 180 days of employment to receive the full incentive bonus.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Knowledge / experience of T-Shirt Printing – DTF/DTG

Knowledge / experience of operating Embroidery Machines

Knowledge / experience of Heat Press, Sublimation

Knowledge / experience of operating Laser Engraver / CNC Router

Knowledge / Experience of operating Flat bed cutter –Esko konsberg, Zund , Roland, Graphtec, colex or similar

Follow a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.

Feed UV flatbed printer with a substrate for printing purposes when necessary.

Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting printed pieces.

Help unload raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.

Maintain production rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum rates per hour.

Work on different projects simultaneously.
