Showroom Design Consultant Jobs

Continually develop sales skills and product knowledge:

Develop detailed knowledge of all product lines and features

Participate in training activities, including product knowledge presentations and online learning, to supplement product knowledge

Complete training courses to continually develop and hone presentation, negotiation and sales skills.

Prior sales experience required, 2 years minimum, and completion of minimum of six months tenure in Associate Design Sales Consultant role.

Develop new relationships and business for Ann Sacks to meet and exceed sales goals.

Required Sales metrics management and average sales numbers are met

2-5 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA.

Ensure that homebuyer(s) is aware of all options available for product upgrades

Estimate material requirements and costs

Learn and is knowledgeable about all products in the showroom – attend all Product Knowledge (“PK') training

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and product offerings.

1-3 years of experience in a design consulting or sales role, preferably in a showroom setting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven ability to close sales.

To provide innovative ideas for the clients, design solutions, or create pleasing interior spaces.

Build relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.

Knowledge of responsive web design principles and best practices for optimizing websites for various devices and screen sizes.

Familiarity with web accessibility standards (ADA 501 compliance) and experience creating accessible websites.

Experience integrating third-party applications, such as Google Translate, events calendars, and customer sign-up forms.

Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including communications professionals and subject matter experts.
