Performs real-time management of the truck team throughout the shift.

Collaborates with the Distribution Manager and Shipping Coordinators to develop daily work assignments for each shipping team member.

Evaluates the capabilities of shipping team members and makes sure we have the right person in the right job.

Is expert in the customer specific requirements related to pallet build, special labelling and other specifications related to Truck Order Fulfillment.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

5+ years' experience in a distribution center/ warehouse supervisory role managing hourly employees.

Aid in project management development and execution of routine facility maintenance and repair.

Manage and track the in/outflow of traffic, both internal and external onto GLC property.

Manage fuel refill and distribution on site.

$16-19 per hour plus benefits

Supervise 1-2 employees tasked with maintaining GLC property at the above location.

Oversee and coordinate equipment wash-rack operations.
