One (1) year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment

Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.

Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods

Move and store products and raw materials

Follow proper and accurate receiving procedures for various materials received at the plant

Operate material handling equipment, always including forklifts in a safe manner

1 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Possess a basic understanding of mathematics, including knowledge of the imperial system/decimal inch, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and other applications.

Experience in quality analysis, conducting tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of products, services, or processes.

Knowledge of the firearms industry and familiarity with SilencerCo products is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years work experience.

Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail, especially during the inspection process.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hands-on team player willing to take on a range of responsibilities and work proactively and independently on site in Chicago, IL

Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Work in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.

Become proficient shipping programs (such as FedEx), and any other necessary IT systems.

Perform daily receiving, pick & pack, and order processing duties

Pull 70 lb printers and place on assembly stations as needed for production

Possess basic computer data entry skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Ship product according to customer specifications and company requirements

Uphold the standards necessary to maintain our business certifications and to maintain good quality standards and practices associated with them
