Experience with an ERP System (Netsuite), a Wholesale Management System, and ShipStation is a plus.

Experience with EDI and major retailershipping requirements is a must.

Oversee the warehouse team by setting schedules, monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and delegating responsibilities.

Facilitate all inbound and outbound shipments, manage freight relationships, and assess areas for cost optimization.

Minimum 1-2 years of inventory or warehousing experience is required.

Experience in a manufacturing environment and regulated industry, preferably skin and personal care products.

You have 5+ years of experience in logistics management

You have experience with logistics management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management systems (IMS).

Manage and enhance current order process, gaining and maintaining process knowledge, including complex pricing and deal structures

Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of the value of stock and increase the organization of our inventory

You have 2+ years of experience managing a team

A high school diploma or equivalency plus a minimum of one-year clerical experience. One-year experience working with building products, preferred

Establish and maintain positive work relationships with internal employees and external vendors or customers

Complete work order transactions produce tags and signage and reconcile inventories;

Perform inventory transactions related to work orders

Key procurement stakeholder in supply chain logistics, with emphasis on materials management, shipment tracking, final-mile support, and supplier management.

Lead role in establishing and maintaining on-site managed inventory (Supply Center) program including physical inventory management and financial/procurement workflows.

Supports and expands Institutional Asset Lifecycle Management program with other stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Expert-level knowledge and abilities within purchasing functions or ERP applications; Workday and Jaggaer SciQuest preferred

IATA, DOT, APICS (CSCP) or Six Sigma education or certification is strongly preferred.
