Proficient in essential computing skills and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Fidelio, Micros, Medallia, etc.

Recruits, motivates, and develops staff and maintains effective employee relations.

Attends meetings, training activities, courses, and all other work related activities as required.

Member of the Shipboard Executive Committee.

Two (2) years’ experience as a Motorperson or similar rank on a cruise vessel

Rating forming part of an Engineering Watch Certificate

Good knowledge and experience in Public Health rules and regulations related to USPH and HACCP

Must have knowledge of the marine and ship repair industry.

Must have knowledge of measurement science principles and be able to independently calibrate equipment and remove/install instruments.

3+ years driving experience with a valid driver’s license

2-Year degree from a technical school or equivalent experience within military and/or calibration industry

Working knowledge of the operation of automotive equipment, and other motor-driven equipment.

Ability to make accurate diagnoses of mechanical or electrical problems for gas and/or diesel powered selfpropelled and non-propelled automotive equipment.

Ability to use the tools, equipment, and materials of the mechanical trade.

Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.

As assigned, ability to supervise and train others.

Ability to read and interpret technical maintenance manuals, circuit diagrams and blueprints.

Ten (10) plus years Hotel management preferred in a combination of five-star hotels and luxury cruise

Five (5) years onboard Hotel management minimum required in luxury cruise

Excellent skills of problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Proven operational experience in leading either Food and Beverage and/or Rooms division

Excellent team building skills and a natural leader

Supports recruitment efforts and conducts interviews for specialty and management roles.

Responsible for training, performance management, and record management.

Perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Minimum 2 years related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the international hospitality and/or travel industry

Knowledge of SQM policy and MLC legislation

Three (3) years’ experience as a Security Officer onboard a cruise vessel

Exceptional knowledge of modern shipboard security equipment and operations, up to date knowledge of global security threats and delivery techniques

Ensures the utmost security of our guests and Ladies and Gentlemen, the Security Officer will conduct port security assessments when required

Supervises all cabin and suite searches and assists with investigations and reports, as directed by the Master

Arrange and co-ordinate security related training for employees and performs security briefings for new employees

Working knowledge of requisitioning requirements utilizing appropriate equipment and special tools to complete repairs.

Four years directly related (mechanical) work experience.

Knowledge of how engines, hydraulic systems, transmission, and other parts and systems work.

Maintenance experience with generators required.

Provide technical assistance, guidance, or training to junior mechanics and assist senior mechanics. Perform other tasks as assigned.

High school graduate or equivalent.
