Knowledge of power tools to use as per SOP.

Actively communicate the status of guest rooms with both the Front Desk, Housekeeping & Engineering Manager.

Ensure that maintenance ticket requests are completed in a timely fashion.

Maintain records of completed work orders.

Make repairs to HVAC units, filters, coils, motors, thermostats and electrical controls.

Responsible for maintaining an inventory of materials to perform assignments.
