Security guards will perform various duties and tasks as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.

Responsibilities and Duties may include:

10 PM to 6 AM (2 - 3 Days a week)

Interaction with a variety of people, including clients, visitors, employees, contractors, and the general public.

Be alert and watchful of any irregular situation that may be dangerous to the community and residents.

Keeping track of daily activities and logging them properly in DARs

Project management, investigations and training experience

4 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

4 years of experience in a security-related industry

Certification in W-Z interviews and interrogations

Experience working in a distribution network and logistics environment

Monitors mechanical systems to ensure proper overnight functionality and completes minor maintenance fixes or contacts manager.

Operates front end loader to transfer feed commodities within feedlot for efficient truck loading.

Location(s): L&L Feedlot Pasco - Burbank

Adhere to all safety, Risk Management and environmental policies.

Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office programs is required.

Radio communication knowledge and etiquette is a plus.

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.

Bi-lingual (English Spanish) language skills are a plus.

No previous security experience necessary, we will happily train the right candidate.

Knowledge and experience with security systems

1 year of security or loss prevention experience

Patrol all areas of the buildings by foot and vehicle as required

Monitor security cameras and conduct daily physical hazard inspections

Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary

Conduct initial investigation reports and gather evidence as directed by security leadership
