Ensures all warehousing functions are running smoothly and escalates issues to management.

Verifies and enters product and shipment data into inventory management system.

Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas. Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

3+ years of experience working multiple departments in a distribution center.

Previous experience operating material handling equipment.

Prior experience in a lead or mentorship role.

Perform Shipping/Receiving processes in order to meet customer requirements

Hours are M-F 9am to 5:30pm

Able to work overtime when needed

Starting Pay rate $16.50hr - Pay increase once you get hired on

Able to participate as a team player

Work responsibly by following all Company policies and procedures

Calling carriers for Unscheduled shipments

Based on specific criteria, deciding when to turn freight away

PO arrives too early based on recommended delivery date

Clear Oversight / Tracking / Responsibility of Inbound VRA log

Help with appointments if needed

Best practices are being used

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents

Provide support and backup to warehouse management

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

1 year of SAP experience

1 year of experience as a supervisor

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3+ years of work experience

Experience in piece-part inspection, repair techniques, associated processes and maintenance on gas turbine engines.

Experience working under a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory circular (AC) 00-56 Voluntary Distributor Program

Experienced in the use of System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP)

Participating in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions relative to customer complaints.

Initiating and/or supporting the Quality Notification (QN) process on applicable hardware.
