Shift Manager Security Jobs

Four (4) to six (6) years experience in Security and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of security and safety procedures and regulations.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Ensure the security, safety, and protection of guests, team members and property and company assets.

Assist management with onsite investigations; coordinate and supervise onsite investigations as deemed necessary

Associates degree in management or related field

Ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities

Knowledge and understanding of resort, casino and/or hospitality investigation

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.

Extensive experience in verbal and written investigative reporting

Project management, investigations and training experience

4 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

4 years of experience in a security-related industry

Certification in W-Z interviews and interrogations

Experience working in a distribution network and logistics environment

Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members, cash and physical assets of the Agua Caliente Casino.

Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and Procedures.

Prepares the schedules of the Security Officers.

Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Security Department.

Ensures the integrity of gambling, banking, count-room and cash handling Procedures.

Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas.

Associates degree in management or related field or equivalent combination of work, training, and education

Assists management with onsite investigations; coordinates and supervises onsite investigations as deemed necessary

Assist the Shift Manager with managing and overseeing department operations its employees during assigned shift.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

Able to pass the Special Police Officer certification

Proven ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities
