Support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities in the market

Support Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff

Assist Operations Manager with other projects as needed

60-80% of your time will be hands-on, manual work to include:

Direct labor and warehouse organization

Hand-count assets and compliance audits

Has working knowledge of the following responsibilities: Lead Hanger, Lead Packer, Liquid or Powder Sprayer, and Department Supervisor.

Continuous education and certification training

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively manage people

Entry-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred

Excellent customer service skills, positive, friendly attitude

Computer skills (Costpoint, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Scanning Document, etc.)

Update and maintain Andon Board, attend daily production standup.

Monitor and communicate yields throughout all processes under your control to Operations Leader, Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer.

Ensure all required materials are available and inform material handler and Operations Leader of any shortfalls.

Assess and fill out scrap tickets daily for processing, communicate with team to obtain required signatures.

Maintain and make readily available production chemicals and stockroom supplies used during build.

Leads associate employees in Warehouse operational functions. Assists management in daily Warehouse operations by assignment.

Must meet the vision and hearing requirements.

High School education or equivalent

Ensures timely receipt and storage of all accepted components, raw materials, and tote stock from/to production.

Responsible for having material requisitions processed from the Warehouse in the proper sequence.

Responsible for accepting materials in accordance with properly authorized documentation.

Assist management in routine performance, quality, safety, and attendance corrective actions with employees in your work cell.

2-3 years of lead / supervisory experience

Basic mechanical and mathematic skills

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop leadership skills that bring teams together.

Position requires individual to clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production line setting

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned area.

Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.

Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

Minimum of 2-years’ experience supporting and providing supervision to teenagers

Knowledge of Positive Youth Development principles

Previous experience as a camper or camp counselor a plus

Lead MDI and other related materials activities and meetings

Leading and training employees, providing feedback and coaching

Ensuring material availability and accurate inventories

Ensures all transactions and logs are executed correctly and in a timely manner

Good documentation skills, including legible handwriting

Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing practices

Knowledge of standard operating procedures, specifications, and job-specific training materials

Prepare media and buffer solutions

Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems

Operate general production equipment (such as pH and conductivity meters, autoclaves, portable mixers, scales and balances, etc)
