Work experience as a Hospitality Dishwasher/ Porter or on Wait Staff

Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines

Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas

Load and unload dishwashing machines

Operate the dishwashers and monitor the temperature settings assuring that the wares are being cleaned

Prior experience defining project management documentation systems to meet customer requirements and create a stellar customer experience.

Strong knowledge of project management software system.

Design and execute best practices for project management, such as document control, management of change, ERP linkage.

Demonstrated experience in managing projects for clients or customers, with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Provide guidance to customers on how Amogy's product meets their technical requirements and delivery timelines.

The minimum qualifications we seek:

We are currently seeking seasoned Live-In Superintendent/Resident Managers for a 62-unit condominium in Boerhum Hill, Brooklyn:

Responsible for delegating repairs and maintenance in common areas and building exteriors

Maintain inspection logs for standpipe/sprinkler and all federal, state and city regulations

Ability to read and understand construction plans/drawings

Carry out and oversee preventative maintenance programs throughout building.

Supervise large staff daily on work orders, building maintenance, etc.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

CPR/First Aide certification (Must have within 30 days of employment)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Perform Crisis Intervention to de-escalate potential crisis situations and document all such situations and interventions.

Make half hourly rounds throughout entire facility including all hallways, stairwells, floors, bathrooms, laundry rooms kitchen, and office spaces.

Complete logs, incident reports and all other required documentation.
