Shelter Division Coordinator Jobs

Strong interpersonal skills as this position involves gathering and synthesizing information from managers and staff throughout the OAG;

A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of post-graduation work experience is required;

Prior experience in government is preferred, but not required;

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise and error-free documents in a limited time frame;

Experience using Lexis/Nexis or similar research databases and conducting strategic internet searches is desirable.

A graduate degree such as a JD or MPA is strongly preferred;

Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/semester/annual reports to CAMBA management and/or to funders.

Facilitate and/or teach physical education, arts, music, or drama.

Manage own time effectively and coordinate program activities to maximize time of direct reporting staff.

May have direct client service/program responsibilities in addition to the above.

Bachelor's degree (e. g., B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.

Manage the order of the division’s fan in a bags and shipping of the items to all Division II championships.

Three to five years of related work and/or membership experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
