It Services Administrator Jobs in Georgia

· Experience with digital transformation, change management, ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and Workflow Automation.

· Strong communication, business acumen, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

· Experience supervising infrastructure managed service providers (MSP).

· Establish and manage governance of IT operations risk through regular vulnerability and risk assessments.

· Relevant Certifications: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other related IT certifications highly preferred.

· Experience working in manufacturing.
