F&B Event Service Manager

Manage, plan, and/or support all aspects of all events as pertains to Food & Beverage
If needed, also sell F&B experiences if/when appropriate
Maintain menu knowledge to establish familiarity with menu item set-up, including taste, display, and service quantities
Ensure all staff adheres to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols, obtaining necessary certifications
Work with the Accounting and Finance team to ensure payments for all events are collected in full before/during/after the event
Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the F&B Vice Presidents and F&B Leadership team
