Manage and prioritize assigned requests to ensure timely resolution per established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

One to five years applicable work experience.

Certifications: MCP, A+, Network+, Security+ (preferred but not required).

Basic knowledge of computer hardware including laptops, desktops, printers and handheld scanners.

Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.

• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification

• Technical experience with premise to cloud system migrations

• Knowledge of application maintenance and support of cloud environments

• 10 years' experience leading server-based application and software development/enhancement projects of moderate to high complexity

• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification

This job is an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Process Excellence Manager within Clinical Technology Experience.

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Demonstrated ability to engage with other functional business areas outside of clinical informatics – including finance, contracting, Marcom, and operations.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly to a group of people

Knowledgeable on technology trends, excited to help craft the future of healthcare

Schedule: Full time. 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday

Experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Employee Experience, Cost Optimization, Modernizing Digital Workplace technologies

Relevant business leadership experience, including sales origination, solution shaping, estimating, pitching, and delivery
