Service Call Center Jobs

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar customer service position which included data entry and high volume phone duties.

Minimum four (4) years of call center experience representing managed care or health insurance customer service.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a claims paying environment, clinical office environment or contact center.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Appointment-setting experience in a clinical setting or health care service role.

Working knowledge of PC and computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM Documentation, and EMR Tools).

Education, License, and Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of call center or Veterinarian Client Care experience.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is sufficient to perform all routine tasks including email, document preparation, and worksheet preparation.

A team player with proven experience to deliver outstanding service within a high-volume environment (up to 80 calls per shift)

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with emotionally charged client scenarios, sometimes in critical patient situations

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Reception or operator/switchboard-based experience is not considered call center related experience for this position.

High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in a related technology space (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)

Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred

Experience working in a team-based environment to achieve common goals

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Excel and Word.
