Senior Workday Engineer Jobs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company; ability to manage by influence

Stay abreast of Workday capabilities, roadmap and key industry trends

Solid organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Experience with the complexity of global projects preferred

Provide global end user support on system processes, navigation, troubleshooting, reporting and best practices

Collaborate with and provide superior services to internal customers

Solid project management skills (familiar with Agile)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of Workday configuration experience in the module/modules of your experience (certification is a plus)

Preferred experience with implementing and sustaining an enterprise level LMS (preferred – including large migrations)

Demonstrating knowledge of Learning Configurator as applicable to Workday (preferred)

Deep knowledge of Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Learning BP, Condition Rules, Alerts, Report Scheduling, etc. (Workday preferred)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

5+ years of Workday HCM integration experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Studio and Advanced Calculated Fields Knowledge

Experience with other business intelligence tools such as Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite, including MS project.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

4+ years of Workday Financials and /or HCM reporting and/or deep integration experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Prism, Studio and Advanced Calculated Fields Knowledge

Workday Pro Certifications in Financials Integrations / Reporting is a Plus

Experience/knowledge of Java – nice to have

Experience building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations in Workday especially in payroll and benefits area

Hands-on Experience using Workday Studio, CCBs, & EIBs to create and manage integrations

Work cross-functionally with product management, business units to drive forward result

B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of Workday integration experience
