LVI are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Valuation to join a client’s business valuations practice.

· Degree in Finance or Accounting

· 10 or more years of valuation experience at a CPA firm preferred

2+ years of structured products valuation experience

Develop daily liquidity risk and VaR calculations

Manage iLevel data collection platform and analytics software tool

Maintain data set used for preparation of company valuations including tracking private company financials, financings, cap tables, and projections as needed

Consult with investment associates and senior team on a regular basis to gather company updates and feedback for valuation analysis

Prepare summary exhibits and assist with the quarterly valuation committee meetings to discuss proposed valuations and garner approval

Provide audit and investor relations support for portfolio company valuation related queries

Experience or familiarity with finance and basic accounting concepts

Must have excellent communication skills

High quality administrative/organizational skills; strong attention to details

Work with a manager to properly record direct investment transactions, maintain Equitrak (direct investment tracking database), and reconcile custody holdings

Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Accounting or Finance required

0-4 Years asset administration experience preferred

Other job duties as assigned, including ad hoc management reports

Excellent spreadsheet and technical skills such as SQL coding and programming skills

$5,000 salary increase within 6-month anniversary of hire date.

Knowledge of Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ

Analyze financial statements and other relevant financial information of investment companies to monitor performance and update models using standard valuation methodologies

Assist in the preparation of valuation committee materials and interact with third-party valuation firms and auditors for quarter-end and/or year-end reviews
