Develop and motivate district managers, ensuring their performance aligns with sales objectives and market potential.

Manage budgets, including trade spending allocation and total sales expenses.

Assess district manager and distributor performance, addressing any performance issues promptly.

Ensure their customers effectively manage the brand strategies within the trade.
