Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences

Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget

Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems

Be flexible with clients across different time zones and be able to adapt to changing travel requirements.

Have a passion for travel, and the desire to create an amazing experience for clients.

Previous experience in customer service is also a plus, but not required.

Research, plan, and coordinate client travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, hotels, resorts, car rentals, event tickets, etc.

Consult clients by engaging in discussions and understanding their travel needs and preferences.

Stay up to date with the latest travel training, news, and destination information, by attending webinars and ongoing trainings.

This role is for a travel agent who specialized in customer service and marketing.

Knowledge of general accounting principles and experience in account reconciliation and expense management.

Experience with Concur Travel and Expense Management or other comparable booking, expense, and travel management tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Experience with travel functions in a higher education setting.

Experience in administering a corporate liability travel card program.

Experience in developing travel related measures and reports for use across the organization.
