Excellent copy-editing and fact-checking skills. You love grammar and would lose sleep over a missing comma or a misspelled menu item.

Demonstrated ability to project manage across different teams and time zones, and deliver on deadline.

Edit guides, reviews, and newsletters across our 12 city markets.

Research and fact-check the historical and cultural context of various cuisines, dishes, and neighborhoods.

Serve as substitute editor when dedicated Senior Editors are out of office, both short- and long-term.

Experience working in an edtech environment (learning tools and processes of online education for adults)

Proven experience as a Technical Writer/Editor/Author or similar role.

Experience in the QA industry (as a QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role, using both manual and automated testing).

Extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborate with the QA team to create training materials (lessons, tasks, quizzes) and documentation for student projects on the program.
