Senior Technical Accountant Jobs in Massachusetts

Assist with the management and execution of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance program.

Research accounting and financial reporting requirements, recommend accounting treatment for transactions based on such research and document the recommendation.

Big four or larger public accounting experience (2+ years)

Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance experience a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's Degree in accounting and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
