Senior Specialist Quality Control Jobs in Florida

Sound knowledge of cGMPs or equivalent Regulations. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a GMP environment is required.

Independently manage competing priorities with limited instruction.

Coach colleagues and help them develop expertise/skills in related functions.

Perform other duties as requested by managers to support QC activities.

BS Degree with at least 5 years of work experience in similar roles.

Hands-on industrial laboratory experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC.

Maintains and enforces the Quality Control assurance guidelines approved by the Company.

Oversees the project acceptance process consisting of interiors, exteriors, landscape and all supporting infrastructure.

Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Previous experience in Quality Control, supporting cannabis, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated industry.

Exposure to and working knowledge of manual and computer-generated batch records and record keeping complying with state regulations.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standard operating procedures, checklists, and protocols.

Partnering with Packaging and Distribution teams to receive, seal, and audit all finished goods; including whole flower and pre-roll products

Overseeing the product receptacle sealing process; confirms all seals meet compliance and tamper-resistant standards

Ensuring all product and batch labels are compliant, accurate, and placed to standard
