6+ years’ experience in supplier risk management, data privacy, compliance and/or audits
5+ years of program management experience
Experience with the source-to-pay process & supplier relationship management
Change Management Certification (i.e., Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP)
Lead change management projects & participate in efforts to streamline our end-to-end Source2Pay processes
Assist in defining and implementing scalable policies, templates, processes, tools and workflows to manage compliance, increase operational value and efficiency

Senior Risk Managers must have a strong understanding of the organization’s operations and the ability to identify, analyze, and manage risk. They must have a strong understanding of the organization’s operations and the ability to identify, analyze, and manage risk. Senior Risk Managers must be able to assess and mitigate risk, and monitor and report on risk.
