10+ years of experience in communications in a mid to large company setting.

Proven exceptional communications skills in all forms. Ability to produce high quality communication and clear, concise, well-presented materials.

Proven skills in conflict analysis and resolution with a track record of successful and mutually beneficial results.

Advanced computer skills to include MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Mural, SharePoint

Excellent communication abilities, both orally and in writing, with the capacity to deliver clear and concise messages to senior leadership audiences.

Deep understanding of the Starbucks Operating System and extensive knowledge of Starbucks retail store operations, processes, and procedures.

Strong analytical skills, enabling the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
