Senior Regional Process Engineer Jobs in Ohio

Knowledge of process safety management codes

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel), and process simulation software, such as ChemCAD

Experience with project scheduling and managing engineering budget

Understanding and knowledge of process industry codes and standards

Experience with process hazards analysis

Hybrid-office / remote schedule (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Experience with portfolio management software strongly preferred.

Provides postproduction support for issue management and resolution.

Experience partnering with IT on business requirements strongly preferred.

Performs analysis on current capabilities versus desired capabilities.

Experience with NexGen or Epic strongly preferred.

Job Family: Automation and Testing

With 4-6+ years of experience in a wide range of manufacturing processes, with knowledge in coating technologies, and laminating technologies.

Experience with slitting, die cutting, roll-to-roll processes, intermittent motion processes, and vacuum lamination.

Experience with in-line continuous vision system inspection systems.

Develop novel manufacturing processes that contribute to the establishment of a high-volume production system.

Perform equipment and process capability studies and make improvements based on those data-driven results.

Design and run simple feasibility studies to find direction on novel processes.
