Senior Property Claims Trainer Jobs

5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries

Lease up experience as a Property Manager/General Manager preferred

Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

As a General Manager (GM), your primary responsibilities include:

Inspiring the professional growth and development of all team members by encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration

Supporting participation in training and educational opportunities

7+ years of property or building management experience handling customer service and administrative issues related to real estate management

BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management; CPM/RPA designation preferred

Demonstrate ability to manage budgets and reporting

Experience handling capital and tenant improvement projects

Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Yardi strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with development and performance management of frontline employees

Full knowledge of insurance contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements, and insurance regulations

Directly manage large loss adjusters handling complex 1st party property claims

3+ years of claims leadership experience required, experience overseeing complex/large loss claims adjusters preferred

At least 10 years property claims experience with a focus on large losses

Strong claims coverage and property estimating skills

7 to 10 years of progressively responsible Class A commercial office property management experience required.

Resolve matters relating to crisis management, injury & illness prevention and maintenance of the region's business continuity plan.

Investigate and report all accidents/property damage to appropriate management and authorities.

Management, implementation and accountability of parking operations

Certification as Real Property Administrator (RPAâ) and/or Certified Property Manager (CPMâ) preferred.

Continuing education toward LEED certification highly desirable.

Adult Education/Training experience including instructional design, public speaking preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Minimum of 4 years of Property field claims experience, and/or 2 years property supervisor or training experience.

Flex schedule and ability to work remotely with hybrid when needed

Create an effective curriculum to ensure training programs remain current and applicable to need.

Keep up to date on methods, training materials and insurance regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
