Proven experience 5 years+ in payroll administration and management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements, to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain employee records and validate payroll information.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
