Senior Payments Analyst Jobs in Massachusetts

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience;

Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Director with routine accounts payable activities as needed;

Supporting ongoing department initiatives which include moving paperless where possible, cross training/cross pollination, standardized/routine reporting, and performance management;

Knowledge and understanding of state finance law as well as payment and procurement regulations;

Hire, and develop a varied, globally-based team, including managers and ICs and communicate mission and goals with transparency

Experience leading dispute mediation and escalation support teams, preferably in the two-sided marketplace/payments/FinTech space.

Experience building and following new and often innovative strategies that directly connect important initiatives to measurable results.

Define roadmap strategies and plans including measurable outcomes that may be incorporated into annual Operating Plans.

You will own operational relationships with external payment partners; ensure accountability for any contractual clauses about support procedures and expectations.
