The Senior Pastor is responsible for providing spiritual guidance and direction to the congregation, and for leading the church in its outreach and evangelism efforts. The Senior Pastor is also responsible for providing pastoral care to the congregation, and for leading the church in its stewardship and financial management. Job Skills Required
