Responsible for overall Airfinity Program budget, including evolving budget approval process.

Manage projects and work streams through project management approaches and tools, identify and escalating issues, risks, and opportunities;

Provide project management support for cross-team strategic projects by preparing meeting materials and conducting follow-up;

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Provide key administrative support to the Strategy team through scheduling large cross-team meetings, preparing meeting materials, and operational support as needed.

Extract, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into concise analyses for executive decision-making, in collaboration with teams across the Foundation;

Experience in a data management or analysis, preferably in a non-profit or government context, but applicable school coursework may be considered

Strong task and project management skills

Oversee a Data Integration Manager and 1-2 interns.

Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Experience building and working with databases

Experience obtaining, synthesizing and importing large and sometimes incomplete datasets
