They are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. Detailed Job Description The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The Senior Maintenance Technician is also responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are followed and that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Job Skills Required
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or repair role
• Technical certification in a related field (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Valid driver’s license
