Lead through RCI (Rapid Continuous Improvement) methods – Implementing and utilizing visual management, A3 processes, and lean manufacturing concepts.

Bachelor’s degree from accredited University in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business preferred

Three (3) years of experience applying hands-on knowledge of concepts, best practices and procedures in a face paced Regional Distribution Center,

Manage financial aspects of the operation area including annual budget development, capital planning and administration.

Knowledge of food / beverage bottling / can manufacture.
