Shift and Schedule:
This position is a full time role supporting a 24/7 facility. Their primary work hours will Monday - Friday during the day. However, flexibility to support your staff on off shifts is required as needed.

Compensation: This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly cycle. Compensation is flexible and determined by the candidate's experience level.


Sr Logistics Manager
This is an Onsite role. The Sr Logistics Manager has overall responsibility for planning and logistics of beverage products that comply with quality standards and meet customer demand in a safe working environment while producing over Fifty million cases per year. This manager is responsible for developing and supporting 2 Operations Managers and 2-3 additional supervisors, in a complex, 24/7 Operations and Production combined facility.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage financial aspects of the operation area including annual budget development, capital planning and administration.
  • People development to include training, coaching, and insuring positive employee relations. Build robust talent pool through active development of direct reports and other leaders in the organization.
  • Lead through RCI (Rapid Continuous Improvement) methods – Implementing and utilizing visual management, A3 processes, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Lead at plant the implementation and execution for new product development planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain product and material availability within predetermined safety stock policy elements established by central planning. Manage lot sizes/cycle times consistent with Supply Chain corporate guidelines
  • Committed to team-based problem solving within operations and capable of fostering individual development across the team.
  • Incorporate and ensure safety programs are adhered to promote good daily safety practices and habits.
  • Create and implement improvement plans for the overall operation.
  • Analyze short/mid-range forecasts vs. capacities to identify and prevent service problems, inventory overstocks, plant inefficiencies and purchasing up charges.

  • Fluent in all modes of transportation utilized within a distribution operation to include scheduling and best in class loading for securement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with financial statements to include P&Ls
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of food / beverage bottling / can manufacture.
  • Demonstrated understanding and proven implementation of TPM (Total Production Maintenance) / 5S.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • High affinity for data; able to fluidly conduct data analytics to assess operational performance and provide clear direction to staff to meet customer demand.
  • Experience with lean, kaizen/six sigma events and driving lean transformation with proven results in a distribution environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic operational plans to develop team and achieve site results.
  • Mechanical orientation with the ability to solve problems and implement change.
  • Ability to manage assets and strategically plan for long term needs requiring capital expenditure.
  • Team-player attitude with well-developed interpersonal skills and comfort in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.

  • Knowledge of analyzing data associated with processes, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Preferred experience in a highly automated warehouse and shipping operation utilizing AGVs, Hartness Packers, and Automated Stretch-wrap machines
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience applying hands-on knowledge of concepts, best practices and procedures in a face paced Regional Distribution Center,
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; WMS; and SAP or similar operating systems
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a leadership role supporting 10+ associates in a Lean environment with P&L accountability
  • Working understanding of Occupational Safety Regulations
