Gathers, analyzes, and processes necessary documentation from applicant(s), credit bureaus, employers, and various creditors to verify financial information and credit standings

Must have recent purchasing processing experience.

Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Reviewing incoming payments to ensure they meet requirements for processing.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all legal requirements are met during each step of the loan process.

1-2 years of experience in a loan processing, banking, or administrative role

Reviewing loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to underwriting for approval

Reviews preliminary drafts as needed to verify accuracy and ensures final documents uploaded properly into proprietary document exchange and management systems.

Prepares and reviews loan authorization packages for submission to underwriters and management.

Transmits loan information and documentation to servicing, asset management, and other departments as needed.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames.

Performs data entry and quality control checks to ensure data integrity to meet strict delivery deadlines.

A minimum of 3 years of Commercial lending experience. COMMERCIAL LENDING EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED!
