Senior Legal Regulatory Counsel Jobs in Texas

7-10 years of experience in law firm, government and/or corporate legal practice.

Provide guidance and leadership on sustainability governance processes and procedures.

Support communications related to these matters with the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and key external stakeholders.

Comprehensive understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks, including TCFD, CDP, SEC and CSRD.

Ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently with varied internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to build expertise and tackle new challenges in an evolving practice.

Able to generate solutions and appropriately escalate to management

Minimum 3 years of law firm / in-house paralegal or regulatory compliance experience

Financial product and/or securities law knowledge is a plus

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

Able to take initiative in learning and applying new skills

Coordinate responses to various information requests, including 3rd party, client, and investor requests related to various legal / regulatory topics
