They are responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters. Detailed Job Description Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to an organization on a variety of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory compliance. They are also responsible for researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, and representing the organization in court proceedings. Senior Legal Counsel must be knowledgeable of the organization’s policies and procedures, as well as the applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required
