2+ years in a leadership role, including experience managing or leading a team.

Own and lead all graphic design requirements, which may include:

5+ years’ experience as an Art Director or Designer with a strong digital focus

UX/ UI experience across web and mobile

Product design experience is strongly preferred

3+ years of experience creating YouTube thumbnails

Knowledge of design applications such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping software for generating design.

Experience with tools like Keynote or other presentation software desired.

A minimum of 3 years specializing in design across multiple platforms.

A detailed understanding of the new business process.

Ability to articulate design decisions and express ideas clearly and confidently to prospective clients and internal Growth Team partners.

10+ years of professional industrial & automotive design experience.

5+ years of experience at an OEM or startup company.

5+ years CAID training/experience in both 2D and 3D is highly desired. Alias 3D, Alias 2D, Photoshop, Illustrator experience preferred.

Exceptional design intuition, strong problem-solving skills and a superior ability to visually communicate through sketches, and renderings.

The minimum requirements we seek:

Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design or in Industrial Design with emphasis on Transportation Design.
